Preston Group originated as Gonte Construction Limited, a building firm founded by David Salomon more than 60 years ago. With Gonte Construction's growth and diversification, came a name change to Preston; enabling us to develop a single Preston brand that encompasses all of our real estate activities. Preston Living, the property manager of Preston Group's portfolio of properties, currently manages a rental portfolio of over 1,200 apartment residences in prestigious buildings across the GTA. Preston Living is one of Southern Ontario's premier residential rental management companies. DBS Developments, the development arm of Preston Group, is currently developing a 20-Storey luxury rental building set for occupancy in summer 2021. Upcoming projects at Eastdale and St. Dennis Drive will bring another 1036 units to the existing portfolio under management when they are completed in 2024.
