The Abeja District Condos is a new condominium project located in Vaughan, Ontario, and was developed by Cortel Group. Situated at the intersection of Jane Street and Rutherford Road, this development is ready for occupancy in 2023.


In the first phase of this development, Block 1 will feature three high-rise towers with a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Tower A will be 27 storeys high, Tower B will stand at 26 levels, and Tower C will have 30 storeys. The units will range from 415 sq. ft to 1,560 sq. ft, and residents can choose from various layouts, including one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus den, three bedrooms, and live/work units.

The three towers will be linked by a common podium and a shared courtyard, creating a sense of community. The common podium will display commercial spaces on the ground level and community-oriented facilities like a daycare centre. Altogether, the residential units in all three towers will total 824.
