Park Place Condos - Project Description

Park Place Condos is a new project by SmartCentres in Vaughan, Ontario. The architect and interior designer of the project are Hariri Pontarini Architects. The project was launched in June 2022 and is expected to be completed by February 2027. The building has two towers North (A) and South (B) Towers. There are 48 and 56 floors in Tower A and B respectively. There are around 1111 units in the Park Place towers. Since it is located close to many public transit services, the condos are expected to reach high occupancy upon completion of construction.

Park Place is best for small families, professionals and students. The condos are very close to public and private schools in the area. There are office spaces very close to Park Place. The area has good restaurants. Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre is close to the condos.
