With the Monthly Payment Plan, 12 monthly withdrawals occur automatically, spreading the annual tax amount. The Due Date Installment Plan involves four automatic withdrawals on specified tax bill due dates, simplifying the payment process.

The due date installment plan automatically withdraws on the dates specified on your tax bills. This plan involves four installments throughout the calendar year, comprising two interim and two final installments. To qualify, ensure your tax account and tax payment plan is up to date.

Monthly Payment Plan

The monthly tax installment payment plan, on the other hand, helps you streamline your payments with 12 monthly withdrawals from your account automatically. These payments occur on the 1st, 8th or 16th of each month. This method spreads your annual tax obligations into smaller, manageable amounts, eliminating the need for four larger payments. Once enrolled, reapplying in subsequent years is unnecessary, making it a hassle-free, long-term solution. The eligibility criteria for this plan are also very accessible; just asking that your tax account is up to date.

Mail Your Taxes

You can send cheques payable to the City of Pickering to One The Esplanade, Pickering, Ontario L1V 6K7. Post-dated cheques should include the property roll number and payment stub(s) with the cheque(s).

Post-Dated Cheques

A very straightforward and tangible way to pay your taxes is through post-dated cheques. These post-date cheques must align with the due dates on your property tax bills.

Physical City Hall Payments
