Foret Condos is a brand-new condominium development in Forest Hill, Toronto, built by Canderel Residential and KingSett Capital, known reputable real estate developers of Ontario. Each suit will comprise contemporary features and aesthetics, stylish designs, and various layouts. Also, each condo will possess a balcony for inhabitants to enjoy their personal outdoor space. The condo apartments will include a commercial parking garage with 311 areas and 590 residential parking spots.


Residents of the Foret Condos will be close to various entertainment, dining, and retail opportunities thanks to the building's location near the intersection of St. Clair West and Bathurst Street.
