Whereas the Regional Municipality of Peel's ("Regional Corporation") Council adopted By-law 43-2002, also known as the "Fees By-law," on July 11, 2002, to levy fees and charges for services or activities provided by the Regional Municipality of Peel or for the use of its property; And therefore, on December 2, 2021, the council of the regional corporation passed By-law 65-2021 amending By-law 43-2002 and transferring the water rates and charges, waste management system rates and charges, sewer surcharge rate, sewer waste disposal charge, and waste rates and fees into By-law 43-2002; And so, by resolution adopted on January 19, 2023, the council of the regional corporation authorized the enactment of this by-law to further amend by-law 43-2002; Therefore, the regional corporation's council adopts the following:
